We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original condition. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Absolutely. All Keychron keyboards come with a system toggle and a set of extra keycaps so you can switch between macOS and Windows layouts effortlessly.

How long does the battery last on wireless models?
Battery life depends on the model and backlight usage. Typically, you can expect up to 70 hours with the backlight on and up to 240 hours with the backlight off.
