We offer a 7-day return policy for all Keychron products, allowing you to return your mechanical keyboard or accessories if they do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and a clear photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Product
Carefully place the keyboard and all included accessories, such as keycap pullers and cables, back into the original retail box.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and send the package to our designated inspection facility using a trackable courier service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
